Payments
All payments for products and services on this website are to be made in Australian Dollars(AUD). All AUD advertised pricing includes GST. Face to Face Events
Praktis Partners live events require a deposit payment at an advertised amount to reserve your seat. All participants’ credit or debit cards will automatically then be charged the advertised fee less the deposit including GST within 24-48 hours after the event.
Event tickets are not refundable but are transferable to other persons via written notice to ask@praktispartners.com.au up to 48 hours prior to the event. Preparation materials (“Pre-Prep Packs”) will not be able to be sent out to the new attendee and it is the responsibility of the transferee to brief the new attendee of the day’s preparation.
No-shows to our live events will be charged the full advertised event fee less any deposits received after the event regardless of the lack of attendance to cover the expenses invested to reserve their seat.
We have a strict no child policy at all live events to ensure professionalism and a quiet working environment for all other attendees. This applies to babies, primary school and high school aged children. If you attend Praktis Partners live event with a child, either a baby, primary school aged or high school aged child you will unable to gain access to the live event. Live events are strictly adults only.
Invoices for any Praktis Partners program are automatically generated and can be requested at any time by emailing ask@praktispartners.com.au
Praktis Start Up
The minimum term for Praktis Start Up is 6 months paid as a lump sum or paid in installments with a minimum payment amount equal to the 6 month price. You are required to provide 30 day written notice for cancellation of membership to ask@praktispartners.com.au
Refunds are not guaranteed for Praktis Start Up payments due to change of mind.
Each refund request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, refunds will be granted at the discretion of the Praktis Partners team.
Praktis Pro
The minimum term for Praktis Pro is 12 months paid as a lump sum or paid in installments with a minimum payment amount equal to the 12 month price. You are required to provide 30 day written notice for cancellation of membership to ask@praktispartners.com.au
Refunds are not guaranteed for Praktis Pro payments due to change of mind.
Each refund request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, refunds will be granted at the discretion of the Praktis Partners team.
Product Downloads
Once a product is purchased and downloaded refunds are not generally provided except in exceptional circumstances.
Code of Conduct
We ask you to treat others with respect and kindness in Praktis Partners membership areas, at events and- Facebook Groups. Any divisive or un-toward posts or behaviours will be deleted and we reserve all rights to remove offending members from the membership portal without refund as a result of divisive comments or actions;
The Praktis Partners Facebook group is not to be used as a portal for self- or business-promotion and failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in a written warning or removal from the group. This includes the harvesting of members both publicly and privately to recruit to other communities, products or services;
You are not permitted to copy, print, distribute or promote the content within Praktis Partners Portal without prior written approval.
Legal action will be taken against offending parties relating to these terms of the Praktis Partners membership and subscription portal.
